How to do xsplit.core.exe memory dump using Task Manager

Last Updated: May 20, 2016 09:29PM HKT
1. First, check what system type you have installed. Go to control panel then click on systems. There you will find if you're on 32bit or 64bit.

2. If you're on 64bit, you need to run the 32bit version of Task Manager. Run/Type in search C:\Windows\SysWOW64\taskmgr.exe

3. Select XSplit.core.exe then right click on it. Select create dump file. Keep in mind that once XSplit Broadcaster/Gamecaster runs into an error, don't close it until you have created a dump file.

4.
When done, a pop out window will indicate the file location of the created dump file. Zip the file and send it to us using Google Drive or Dropbox.
