How to report a bug

Reporting a bug is done through our contact form which you can find here. Please make sure your bug report has the follow elements.
  1. A clear description of the bug. "XSplit isn't working, it crashes" isn't a clear description. Instead please be more descriptive "When I when I try to edit my text while streaming to Twitch, XSplit Broadcaster freezes and I need to force close it via the task manager".
  2. Detailed steps on how you can reproduce the bug. Our testers need to be able to recreate the bug to fix it and detailed steps on how to reproduce are essential in this.
  3. Include any crash logs, crash dumps, or debug view logs in your bug report. These help with quickly identifying the cause of the issue.
